Coinvolta anche la ministra dell'Istruzione Valeria Fedeli, seduta ai banchi del governo, si è fatta male ad un braccio cadendo su una ringhiera, tanto che è dovuta ricorrere alle cure dell'infermeria. Anche perché, da parte della maggioranza, il passo dall'approvare la nuova legge elettorale e liberare il popolo da questo Parlamento e insistere invece nella legge per la cittadinanza inseguita a suo tempo da Cecile Kyenge, andata nel frattempo a svernare a Strasburgo, è stato fin troppo breve.

Le protesta della Lega - I senatori della Lega protestano contro la decisione di incardinare subito il ddl sullo ius soli in Aula, arrivando verso i banchi del governo con un cartello con la scritta "No allo Ius soli" e il presidente del Senato Pietro Grasso espelle dall'emiciclo Raffaele Volpi, mentre il capogruppo Gianmarco Centinaio che si è seduto accanto alla ministra Fedeli viene allontanato di peso dai commessi. "E' chiaro che un tale atteggiamento aggressivo e un ostruzionismo strumentale di questo livello puo' essere superato solo attraverso il voto di fiducia". All'esterno del Senato questa mattina militanti di Casapound e di Forza Nuova si sono scontrati con la Polizia, che impediva loro di arrivare al Senato. Nonostante le accese proteste soprattutto da parte della destra, e le accuse anche da parte del Movimento, il testo in questione non prevede l'introduzione di uno ius soli nel pieno significato dell'espressione. Pronta la reazione degli assistenti parlamentari che a fatica hanno riportato l'ordine in Aula. Secondo quanto raccontano alcuni dem, alcuni leghisti sono arrivati di corsa "con i cartelloni e l'hanno spinta contro lo stesso tavolo e le sedie". Per il capogruppo leghista al Senato "in quest'aula la democrazie lascia il tempo che trova, va in base a come si sveglia Grasso". Nel merito del provvedimento, ha spiegato in aula il capogruppo del Pd Luigi Zanda, "non parliamo solo di dare cittadinanza a bambini che sono nati in Italia, ma a ragazzi che hanno vissuto in Italia, hanno studiato in Italia, sono cresciuti in Italia". La ministra dell'Istruzione Valeria Fedeli, spintonata, finisce addirittura in infermeria.


"Credo che siano atti che non fanno bene" ha proseguito Fedeli, ricostruendo poi la dinamica dell'accaduto: "io tenevo la postazione, e non mi spostavo dal mio posto, anche perché era improprio quello che le persone della Lega stavano facendo. Non saranno i tentativi di sopraffazione a fermare una battaglia di civiltà come lo ius soli", twitterà per rassicurare, dopo aver ricevuto la solidarietà di Matteo Renzi. Dall'altro lato l'opposizione durissima di Lega, Forza Italia, Fratelli d'Italia.
